Role Overview

As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing successful marketing campaigns and organizing exciting events at Paseo Herencia. Your creativity, outgoing personality, and strong work ethic will be crucial in creating memorable experiences for our customers, boosting foot traffic, and promoting our diverse range of offerings.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing traffic, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and traditional media, to promote events and special offers.

Event Planning and Execution

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse range of events, including holiday-themed events, community engagement activities, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event logistics and execution.
  • Oversee on-site event management, ensuring events run smoothly and customers have a positive experience.

Social Media

  • Assist with Paseo Herencia’s social media accounts, curating engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Leverage social media platforms to build a strong online presence, attract followers, and promote upcoming events and promotions.

Multitasking and Adaptability

  • Handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and last-minute event requirements.

Events and Holidays

  • Be available and prepared to work during events, holidays, and weekends, as required.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Tech-savvy and social media knowledge
  • High level of creativity, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) and basic knowledge of WordPress (both preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role is a plus.
